I often hear people saying "I don't have the time to workout". Well there are 168 hours in the week and if you cant manage to take 3-4 hours per week and do some kind of physical activity then there might be some time being wasted somewhere. I think once a person finds their zone then making time will be no problem but the problem is finding that zone. I found a good quote:
